Nutrition and Wellbeing

Body Image 

Self-esteem and body image impact our self- confidence, identity, relationships, motivation, our emotional health and overall wellbeing. 

Body image work is about addressing the relationship that you have with your body. It’s not about changing your body. 

I offer a variety of options to work together to help you on your journey to a more confident, compassionate and positive relationship with your body.

WORKPLACE

I offer engaging workplace seminars as well as small group and individual coaching sessions for staff. I have over 12 workshop options available at the moment.

Interactive and educational workplace cooking workshops and demonstrations are also available. 

Your team will learn simple and practical dietary, lifestyle and ‘healthy habit’ strategies to enhance their overall physical, mental and emotional well- being. My integrative approach will give your team the opportunity to develop skills to optimise their health and wellbeing and reduce the impact of stress in their personal and workplace life.

SMALL GROUPS

I run small group programs where participants will feel supported, in a compassionate and safe setting, with like-minded individuals. Each group session is 90 minutes. 

Programs run weekly over six weeks for adults and four weeks for young people. 

For adults:  ‘More than a Body’ Program

For young people: The Body Project Program (Ideal for ages 14 to 25) 

Schools/Youth Groups 

For schools and youth groups, I offer interactive workshops to take people on a journey to learn about body image and how to improve body relationships with confidence. 

I help young people to reflect on their own belief systems and how these impacts on self-esteem and body image. 

During a 90-minute ‘More than a Body Workshop’, participants will learn strategies to re-frame thinking, beliefs and behaviours. 

A Healthy Kitchen – Kitchen Refresh

One of the keys to achieving optimal health and wellbeing is making sure your pantry and fridge are organised and well-stocked. 

For fast results, work with me to ‘refresh’ your food storage areas. I will show you how to shop and stock a healthy kitchen customised to suit your food preferences, sensitivities and your budget. Your home will then have the right nourishing foods on hand to make delicious and fulfilling snacks and meals. 

These appointments can be on zoom anywhere in the world or in person within Metro Melbourne (and beyond upon request).
