COACHING Consultations

All appointments are now available on Mondays and Wednesday at my Armadale clinic in Kings Arcade, High Street, or online via telehealth or phone.

I also work out of the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM) Clinic on Thursdays.

You do not need a referral to make an appointment.

Private Health Fund insured?

As a university degree qualified Nutritionist, my nutrition services may be claimable through your health insurance fund. Make sure you check your individual fund to see if you are covered.

Through a personalised and holistic approach that fits each individual’s unique life circumstances, I provide my clients with an enhanced health care experience. I educate and empower them with skills and knowledge to understand how to become their healthiest self.

I guide people to implement simple and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes with confidence; building lasting healthy habits which are the foundations towards our optimal wellbeing.

1:1 Individual Consulting and Coaching  

If you are not sure yet how you would like to commit, this option is predominantly back-to-basics dietary and lifestyle focused and will set you on the right track to improve your lifestyle by incorporating more nourishing wholesome foods and learn new ways to stay healthy. 

Book one appointment at a time. I do recommend booking 3 x sessions for a more successful outcome.

  • Initial Appt: 1 x 60 min consultation

  • Any Review Appt: 1 x 45 min consultation

  • Express Review Appt: 1 x 30 min consultation

Three Month OPTIMISER PrograM OR

THREE MONTH ‘MAGNIFICENT MIDLIFE’ PROGRAM

The Optimiser Program is for those of any gender, age and stage of life. The Magnificent Midlife Program is for those women in their Perimenopause or Menopause era.

This personalised program will set you on the right track to implement transformative positive changes in your nutrition, lifestyle and life. We go deep and explore areas of resistance that are serving as roadblocks and causing concern. 

You will become empowered to tune into your body’s needs and consistently make the right choices towards sustainable healthy lifestyle habits.

• 1 x 60 min initial consultation
• 6 x 45 min consultations
• Sessions conducted fortnightly
• Program materials
• Email correspondence between consultations

Extra support and guidance are provided throughout this program.

Six Month NOURISH & THRIVE 360 Program

This personalised program is the most comprehensive and designed for those looking to improve their life for good. We go deep and explore areas of resistance that are serving as roadblocks and hindering you from feeling truly healthy and fulfilled. 

This package will empower you to tune into your body’s needs and consistently make the right choices towards sustainable healthy lifestyle habits to carry through your life. You will learn to become the healthiest version of yourself and maintain the new you. 

Your personalised program includes:

• 1 x 60 min initial consultation
• 12 x 45 min consultations
• Sessions conducted fortnightly
• Program materials
• Email correspondence between consultations

Extra support and guidance are provided throughout this program.

What to expect: 

Upon making your booking, you will receive an initial questionnaire. Please complete this with as much detail as possible as this will help make the most of our consultations.

During our initial consultation I will ask a diverse range of questions which will allow me to understand your typical lifestyle and dietary choices, challenges & any concerns.

From this information, I will then tailor a holistic health plan specific to you which will include a range of preventative and restorative measures. This will help you reach your health goals with excitement!

Follow up consultations will be fortnightly to reassess and build upon our plan from the previous session. 

We will integrate healthier foods, learn which foods are more beneficial to your health and continue to build with simple sustainable changes. 

We will workshop implementing healthy lifestyle practices that align with you. This may range from movement style, sleep habits, stress and mindset management, breathing and meditation, a better work-life balance & more… 

Nutrition Consulting and Health Coaching will support you in your wellness journey and can be used in conjunction with medical care where necessary.

I will be there to support you throughout the journey. I will also motivate and empower you to reach long term health and lifestyle improvements through sustainable dietary & tailored wellness strategies.
