ABOUT

Hi there, I’m Romy, a Registered Integrative Nutritionist, Professional Accredited Health & Wellness Coach, Perimenopause & Menopause Coach, and Body Image Educator based in Melbourne, Australia. I have worked in the nutrition and health industry for more than 22 years. 

I believe that what we eat and the lifestyle choices we make are the foundations of our health, and that we need to look after ourselves the best we can ‘now’, as this will impact the way we feel and function in the future. 

I advocate for healthy bodies in all shapes and sizes and chronic illness prevention. I am personally committed to living a healthy lifestyle and love to help others live healthier, active and happier lives too.

My approach to health is of an holistic nature. We need more than just food to nourish, fuel and balance us. We also need to be nourished ‘beyond the plate’ through movement, sleep, stress management and mindset, relationships, career and more

We are all ‘bio-individual’ - there is no one size fits all solution. Everyone is unique in mind, body and spirit. What aligns and works for you won’t necessarily work for others. 

 
 

 Taking an integrative approach at all times with my clients, I look at the ‘whole’ person to help identify and understand the root cause of symptoms. Health is a journey rather than a destination. 

I will be there to motivate and support you every step of the way; empowering you by giving you the knowledge and tools needed to truly be in-tune with your body. Restoring balance and reaching your long term health and lifestyle goals through sustainable dietary and wellness strategies will be part of your journey as we work together.

You will be happy to know that I do not believe in diets, detoxes, weigh ins or counting calories. I am passionate about eating ‘real’ food that is nourishing, nutrient rich and healing.

Like many of my clients I have a lot going on in my life and so have worked out a way to manage my nutrition and health to keep up with my busy lifestyle. In my case I am a busy mum, living with my 3 children, husband and our two dogs Archie and Milo.

I am also the CEO and co-founder of food relief charity Our Village Kitchen, which supports people in the community with nutritious and nourishing home-style meals, fresh groceries and household staples.
