Romy offers refreshing and engaging workplace seminars as well as small group and individual coaching sessions. Romy also runs her much loved interactive and educational workplace cooking workshops and demonstrations.

Your team will be empowered to be active participants in their own health. They will learn simple and practical dietary, lifestyle and ‘healthy habit’ strategies to enhance overall physical, mental and emotional well-being.

By taking an integrative approach, your team will develop the skills to optimise their health and wellbeing and reduce the impact of stress in their personal and workplace life. 

Romy engages participants in reflecting on their own health and lifestyle behaviours. She educates and support them with simple and practical steps, helping them on their journey towards optimal health and wellbeing. 

 
 
 
 

 SEMINARS 

Seminars are typically run in a face-to-face format, but can be equally impactful via an online ‘virtual’ option. Sessions are between 60-90 minutes, and will be tailored to suit your organisations requirements and preferences.

ONE.

Be the CEO of your Body

An interactive corporate workshop, designed to enhance employees overall well-being. This workshop is presented using an integrative wellness framework. Romy introduces your team to the importance of ‘whole self’ nourishment through the five pillars of wellbeing – Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Mindset/Stress Management and Connection. Your team will gain a greater understanding of how to be an active participant in their own health, with simple and practical dietary, lifestyle and ‘healthy habit’ strategies to enhance overall physical, mental and emotional well-being.

TWO.

A Nourishing Life - Optimising your Health through Integrative Nutrition

Your team will discover how they can optimise their nutrition to nourish their body and support their health and well-being, energy levels and performance. Through an integrative lens, Romy will focus on the ‘whole person’. She looks at the multiple factors influencing people’s diet and lifestyle, helping them to gain a greater understanding of how our food choices are connected to our well-being. Romy also highlights which foods nourish us to optimise our health, as well as the importance of mindful eating and food mindset.

More Than a Body - Reshaping Minds, Not Bodies


Self-esteem and body image impact our self-confidence, identity, relationships, motivation, our emotional health and overall wellbeing. Romy will be engage and encourage your team to reflect on their own belief systems and contributing factors surrounding their own sense of self-esteem, body image and personal worth. Your team will learn strategies to re-frame thinking, beliefs and behaviours to shift their perception from one of critical self to one of compassionate self.

Romy supports clients through sustainable dietary and wellness strategies. This includes a range of preventative and restorative measures, allowing for an empowering and transforming journey to optimal health.

Romy uses a personalised and integrative approach that fits each individual’s unique life circumstances, She guides clients to make well defined and measurable goals, keeping them on track and holding them accountable for making forward progress and achieving lasting results. 

Taking an integrative approach at all times, Romy focuses on the ‘whole’ person to help identify and understand the root cause of her clients’ symptoms and health concerns.

WORKPLACE COOKING CLASSES & DEMONSTRATIONS:

These face-to-face or virtual interactive cooking workshops are super popular team bonding experiences. These fun workshops involve participants either cooking along with Romy and creating their own simple nutritious dishes to enjoy, or watching as Romy demonstrates how to make a sample of no-fuss nourishing snacks and meals.
